inquiry

i would like to ask if anyone knows how much ammo are we allowed to keep in our home aside from what is stated from our license. is there a said limit? a friend of mine got raided and and they took everything for grabs as if it was christmas. he had 6,000 rounds of 556.  only 3,000 was return after the raid? he was told he had too much ammo is there an executive order that states how much ammo can be keep. another friend told me that you can keep 5,000 rounds per caliber under EO 194 but i could not find it there. cn anyone tell if this is true?

conversion kits

is the HERA-ARMS for glock legal? does it need another licsence to aquire such convertion?

GS said no, if true, for how long?

I'm also interested in carbine conversion kits for glocks, there are a number of options in the market.  From what I've gathered from the net, in the States one will have to apply with ATF and "re-register" what use to be considered a handgun to a short rifle.  A fee is involved, approval is not guaranteed.

Locally, I made phone inquiries after I learned that Aquilla (HP) will be bringing in the CAA Tactical Roni this July (made inquiry May).  According to the manager, the conversion kit need not be registered with FED as it does not actually alter the handgun (eg. still the same caliber, remains a semi-auto ... essentially the same handgun registered in your name).

Initially I took his word for it ... supposing of course that the importation of these carbine conversion kits were cleared with FED plus the key reason given sounds "common sensical". Nevertheless, I also wonder how long such (non-registration) would remain the case. We all know that the FED is a copy-cat regarding restrictive policies plus it rarely exibits common sense.

full auto convertion for glock

are full auto convertions legal what happens if you pass by a checkpoint or you get raided and they find this on your glock?

Definitely maybe

I'm assuming you're a regular civilian like me otherswise, you would likely not inquire on it's legality.  Basically no, civilians essentially are not allowed to maintain full-auto fa regardless if the unit was orginally full-auto or converted.  Then again, if you are one of the priviledged few ... maybe ... pare-pareho naman tayong lumaki dito eh, alam natin that some "miracles" can be facilitated.

So if you're not one of these lucky few, I would advice against feeling lucky and risking the conversion.  Imagine a nightmare of financial and legal disaster ... that would likely come true.

during a raid

what would be the right thing to do? call your lawyer? and what a friend got raided and when he dialed to call his lawyer he was told not to make any calls until the search is done? was that right for them to say that? after the raid ended the inventory was not complete they listed 4 magazine of glock instead of 19. 15 where missing 6 long mags where gone God knows where it went and most of all his license m4 had an elcan scope went missing? how do we avoid this things from happening to us! i rather get robbed by a thief atleast he take only what he needs rather than watch your items being stolen from you as you watch helplessly?

suppressors

are they legal to have does it need neccessary permits like in the US? can you be charge having one is there a law that states that suppressors are illegal to own? what would be the penalty of havng one? does anyone know?

how many guns are we really alowed to own?
