First PROGUN Kapihan Forum

PROGUN will have it's first kapihan discussion group on Saturday September 10, 2011, 9:30am-1pm at the Officer's Club, Marine Base, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig. Topics will be: (1) House Substitute Bill on Firearms, (2) Legal Self-Defense Street Smarts (3) Fund Raising and other projects.
